» Paekivitoodete Tehase OÜ (Limestone Products Factory LLC) is one of the oldest producers of construction materials in Estonia and holds the leading position amongst the companies producing crushed limestone.
The factory is continuously increasing the total sales volume of its production. Thus sales of the production grew from 36.1 million kroons in 2000 up to 140.6 million kroons in 2007.
» Last years have been marked with the biggest investments during the whole activity of the company. Within the course of only 2000-2007 technological lines and production equipment for over 120 million kroons were implemented. Today our factory is a genuine European high tech company, where state-of-art machinery and technology are being used. In 2008, being the first in Estonia, a waste products remanufacturing line for over one million euros was installed in the factory. The new line enables us to mine limestone deposits more efficiently and has a major impact in ensuring environmental safety. Results concerning the production quality and environmental protection have been awarded with diplomas from international organisations and with ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates. Besides producing gravel in Väo quarry, the factory has also started its activities in Maardu and Eivere quarries during last years.
» Full credit for factory's progress goes to its employees. Today there are 130 people working at the factory. They are highly qualifi ed experts, masters of their kind, standing behind the success of the factory.
